How we work.
- Find what's breaking. We look at where work gets stuck, delayed, or keeps coming back to you.
- Fix the way the work runs. We clean up the steps before adding anything new.
- Then decide what should handle it. It could be a person, a simpler step, a better system, automation, or AI.
The order we follow: Process → Workflow → Automation → AI. We get the process right first and save AI for last, only where it really helps.
